Accelitas, Inc. Announces Board of Advisors

Financial Services Industry Experts with Knowledge of Mobile Banking, Customer Onboarding, Payments, and Identity Verification

NOVATO, Calif., June 8, 2016 – DSi (Dragnet Solutions®, Inc.), a leading provider of data-driven insight services for financial organizations, announced today that it has appointed a board of advisors with expertise in multiple areas of financial services, including data analytics, mobile banking, customer onboarding, payments, fraud prevention, and identity verification.

The board of advisors includes:

  • Edward Haluska, COO, Strategic Link Consulting
    Mr. Haluska has extensive experience in both traditional banking and alternative financial services. His career includes roles at PNC Financial Services Group, Republic Bancorp, CIC Financial Services, REPAY, and TMX Finance. He is currently COO of Strategic Link Consulting (SLC), a provider of Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) solutions that leverage SLC’s competencies in call center services, outsourced back-office, loan management systems and services, and technology support services.

  • Dan Holt, CEO, BillHero
    Mr. Holt has extensive experience in financial services, compliance, and payments. He has previously worked for, started, and grown publicly-traded companies, including bank technology company HEIT (started in Silicon Valley), which was sold to CSI, where he became president of one of the large bank software providers. After a short break, Mr. Holt mentored startups and volunteered on boards of other Fintech companies. Most recently, he and leaders from Google, Facebook, and Amazon launched BillHero to simplify bill management.

  • Dan Pavlick, EVP, CIO Corporate and Institutional Banking, PNC
     As CIO for PNC's Corporate and Institutional Banking (C&IB) Business and also serves as CIO for the Company’s Staff Services Groups including, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications and Audit Services. Mr. Pavlick is responsible for C&IB Technology strategy and architecture, application development, IT program delivery, and business technology enablement for the various C&IB business segments at PNC, one of the largest diversified financial institutions in the U.S. Mr. Pavlick is a member of PNC’s Technology and Operations Executive Team and is the program owner for the Banks’ Enterprise Architecture Strategic Transformation Program. 

  • Jodi Pratt, Principal Consultant, Jodi Pratt and Associates
    Ms. Pratt serves as a consultant for financial institutions, trade associations, and vendors, helping them develop and implement fraud and operations risk-management solutions. From 2001 to 2005, Ms. Pratt was Risk Management Practice Managing Principal with Carreker Corporation, responsible for developing, implementing and supporting many of the market’s leading risk-management products. Before Carreker, Ms. Pratt worked for nearly twenty years at Bank of America in a variety of roles encompassing risk management, fraud detection, branch operations and call center management. As Vice President/Manager for National Operating Controls from 1992 to 1996, she managed the project-management group responsible for fraud control systems for the bank’s interstate retail bank subsidiaries.

  • Kelli Schultz, President, Allied Payment Network
    In addition to holding several advisory roles in such companies, she currently serves as president for Allied Payment Network, a start-up offering innovative mobile payments solutions. She also co-founded Venminder, a cloud-based vendor management solution and has held numerous executive roles, including president, at iPay Technologies, an electronic bill pay provider for more than 3,600 banks and credit unions now owned by Jack Henry & Associates (JKHY).  Kelli’s passion for the industry is further demonstrated by her volunteer support including serving as former board director, program chair and president for the Association for Financial Technology (AFT).
